About

A workspace for active surveillance

PI-RADS Surveillance Hub is a longitudinal management platform for prostate cancer active surveillance programs.

Longitudinal by design

Built from the ground up around serial mpMRI, PSA dynamics, and biopsy reclassification.

Standards-aligned

PI-RADS v2.1 scoring, ISUP grade groups, and HL7 FHIR R4 resources end-to-end.

Research-ready

Export-friendly cohort tooling, deterministic IDs, and Kaplan–Meier analytics out of the box.

Methodology

PI-RADS upgrading is defined as any increase in the PI-RADS v2.1 assessment score between consecutive mpMRI studies. Time-to-progression is measured from baseline study to the first upgrading event or biopsy reclassification, whichever occurs first.

Risk stratification

Patients are stratified into Low, Intermediate, and High risk tiers using baseline PI-RADS, PSA density, and lesion size. Tier transitions are recomputed on every new study.
